Aarav's Story
Zen Zone began with one child. Palak built it for her son Aarav first, then opened it to everyone.

Hello, I am Aarav. I have a unique way of seeing the world, a perspective that is both fascinating and challenging for those around me. Loud noises irritate me, bright lights overwhelm me, and I often prefer solitude to social interaction. Making eye contact or small talk, things that came naturally to other children, were very difficult for me.
My parents were determined to give me the best possible life. They enrolled me in therapy and worked hard to understand my needs. Slowly, I began to make progress, and they rejoiced with every milestone, no matter how small or how late it came.
School brought new obstacles. Bustling hallways and crowded classrooms overwhelmed my senses. But with patient teachers and understanding classmates, I found my place. I discovered a love for imagination and for writing poetry and stories. When words were hard to say out loud, I learned to set them free on the page.
My parents encouraged me to pursue writing, and it gave me confidence to grow without fear. My journey will always have its struggles, but I know that every person, whatever their differences, has the potential to achieve something great. All I need is love, resilience, and joy.
Lots of love, Aarav
